When you place an order with us...
You will receive an email-confirmation giving details of what you have ordered. It will also give you an estimated date of despatch of your order. If it's not right – then please email [email protected] so that we can put it right for you. Please note we can only accept changes to your order up to SEVEN(7) days after your have placed it. Your order will then be sent to our workshop. All garments ordered through this site are made by hand for you when you order them – they are not kept in stock – so making your order may take a little time.
If you need your latex faster, please email and discuss with us first, we will check production line and charge a bit reasonable expedited cost.

Delivery ChargesWe will add the cost of postage and packing to your order. Our delivery charges are based DHL or FedEx or UPS worldwide. The price is calculated according to the size, weight, value and destination of the consignment. We can ship your order to anywhere in the world.
We send our latex clothing which we produce especially for you to worldwide. To protect your privacy, all of your latex purchases are being shipped in discreet packaging.
On the packaging is no discernible indication regarding the content. Our dispatching agent is just as discreet, any latex related content will not be visible.
When your order is delivered, it has to be signed for when you receive it. The postman will give you a call before they delivery the parcel, or if the postman delivers when you are out, then they will call and discuss the next delivery date. Or your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office, and you will be left a note that it is there for you to collect it, or a contact telephone number for you to arrange alternate delivery instructions. We cannot be held responsible if you do not collect your order from the DHL office. Each country may have different delivery procedures.
Please note that we do not arrange delivery on customers' behalf using customers' own courier accounts. If you wish to use your own courier, you must arrange collection, delivery and payment directly with them yourself.
While we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, we cannot take responsibility for failure of delivery, or damage to goods in transit, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery and Despatch Time
All our garments are hand-made, and production is now taking 7 - 10 weeks for standard size, and it takes additional 2-3 weeks for made-to-measure order. Orders are sent out when production is complete.

Delivery time is additional to production time and depends on your location and your local postal service. Goods are always sent by DHL or FedEx or UPS that safe, fast and trackable, normally the dispatch time is 4-7 working days.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and keep clean and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
